How to Implement Weird Holidays into Your Marketing

When you create your content calendar for the quarter, think about how you can incorporate these weird holidays into your posting schedule. If you don’t have a lot going on in the month of June, find a holiday that fits with your industry or audience.

For example, National Selfie Day is an incredible opportunity for a Facebook or Instagram post. Post a selfie of your team online and encourage your audience to share their own selfies! You could even offer a small gift for the most creative selfie.

The same goes for World Emoji Day. You don’t have to use every holiday, but figure out which ones work for you and which you can use to engage your audience and build a relationship.
